Insurance

All clients must provide proof of full coverage insurance. We will call your agent. Comprehensive and collision coverage must transfer and your liability coverage must be above the state minimum liability: currently 100/300/100

Security Hold

We need to be able to secure a minimum of $1000 hold on your credit card. Amount will depend on length and cost of rental. When a reservation is made a $100 nonrefundable reservation fee is charged. This is applied to the rental unless canceled.

Eligibility

You must be at least 25 years of age. A minimum of age 30 to rent higher end model vehicles. Absolutely no one under the age of 21 may be listed as a driver.

DLS Pickup and Delivery

We provide complimentary pickup and delivery to all area hotels and airports. Delivery anywhere in Orange County is complimentary, as to the LA & San Diego Counties delivery is available for an additional nominal charge.

Cancellation and Fees

Cancelling an existing reservation within 72 hours will incur a one day charge. A gift card may also be substituted. Cancellations more than 72 hours will only incur $100 booking fee.

Additional drivers must also meet the same requirements as the primary driver.
